Don has served as consultant and coach for a number of organizations on issues related to virtual, global, interorganizational, and value chain collaboration; teamwork; program evaluation; and organization and leadership development. He is now focusing on how to use adventure as a platform for team building, executive coaching, leadership development and organizational change.
