May 17, 2013. Beijing, China — My hands have been too full of dumplings, red bean cakes and Chinese pancakes to write or even take photos.I know I have a lot of catching up to to do, from Ulan Bator to Beijing. I have been too busy touring Beijing, another new addition to my list of favorite cities. Most important, I have been eating my through the markets and street stalls. I promise to fill you in as soon as I finish this fresh, warm Chinese pancake with green onions that’s draped over my fingers and spilling onto my keyboard.
